Love, where you live

Do you want to get healthy, have fun, find support and make friends along the way? You’re always welcome at our Community Wellness Centers (CWCs).* CWCs unite our community in a safe, inviting space. Our doors are open to anyone in the IE, not only IEHP members. Best of all, there’s no membership or cost involved. Just show up, and we’ll take care of you.

We offer free activities for both kids and adults, including group fitness classes and health education. You can also access local resources like food, housing and job support. There’s something for everyone.

Your journey to health, wellness and community starts here. See you soon, neighbor!

Frequently asked questions

IEHP’s CWCs are welcoming, local spaces offering free classes, resources and support for all who call the Inland Empire home. They’re a place where kids and adults can get healthy, learn and find connection.

You can access free group fitness classes, food demos, health workshops, job training, immigration support and much more.

We offer classes in these categories: fitness, wellness, nutrition, health education and social support.

Anyone in the IE is welcome at our CWCs, even non-IEHP members. All classes and resources are open to the public at no cost.

Signing up is easy. For first timers, walk into any CWC to fill out your liability waiver form. Once you turn in the form, you can go to as many classes as you’d like. Those under 18 can join classes as well. They’ll just need a form on file from their legal guardian first.

When you arrive for a class, just check in at the front counter with one of our staff members. Then, you’ll be set.

Yes, we have bilingual team members who can help you in English and Spanish.

Yes, anyone who signs up can use our yoga mats, dumbbells and resistance bands for free during class.

No experience needed. Our fitness coaches design each class for all levels to enjoy. Come try one out!
