The IEHP DualChoice (HMO D-SNP) Enrollee Advisory Committee is a forum where you can give ideas and share experiences about your health coverage and benefits.
It is a safe space where your voice can be heard, and you can give feedback to help us improve your experience.
The committee is made up of IEHP DualChoice members, their guardians, caregivers, providers and IEHP representatives.

At each meeting, you’ll get a chance to ask questions or share any concerns about your health coverage.
We are looking for IEHP DualChoice members to join the committee on an ongoing basis.
Committee Member Requirements:
A free ride and lunch are offered to members who attend the meetings.
