The Community Partnerships and Engagement team connects our diverse community to the education and support they need to thrive.
By partnering with local groups and meeting people where they are at, we aim to improve health outcomes across the IE.
We partner with community-based organizations (CBOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs) and health care providers throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Our partners come together during our quarterly meetings to share health care news, resources and ways to help families in the IE.
