The 2024 Paralympic Games are here!  To recognize the amazing pool of athletes competing in Paris, Covering Your Health welcomed local para-athlete Owen Daniels to the pod.

Daniels, a Fontana native, shares his story, from how he became involved in para-athletics to how he’s actively training for the 2028 Games in Los Angeles.

Listen to Covering Your Health on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you get your podcasts. New episodes drop every other Monday.
