When it comes to starting the conversation about mental health, it is important to include parents-to-be in the mix.

On this week’s new episode of the Covering Your Health podcast, Evelyn Erives welcomes Dr. Anna King to discuss all things perinatal mental health.

Dr. King is a Rancho Cucamonga-based licensed clinical social worker, certified perinatal mental health specialist, qualitive research psychologist and advocate, who looks to educate the public on emotional wellbeing during and after pregnancy, the signs to look for, and how to ask for help.
