Description: This RFP contains a list of requirements for Operating Engineers for Building Engineering Services for a maximum of five (5) years. The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a vendor who will provide Building Engineering Services to all IEHP facilities including (but not limited to) the operation, monitoring, and maintaining of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems, and other equipment related to the mechanical and electrical plant equipment of IEHP locations, as well as perform general property duties (as assigned). Current locations include, Atrium (Rancho Cucamonga), Dr. Bradley P. Gilbert Center for Learning and Innovation (Rancho Cucamonga), Rancho Cucamonga Warehouse, Community Wellness Center (San Bernardino), Community Wellness Center (Riverside) and Community Wellness Center (Victorville) as outlined in the Scope of Services.
