If you qualify for the utilities benefit, you can use the same card for both benefits

You can purchase health and wellness products, like allergy, sinus, cold and flu, pain relief, dental and oral health, diabetes care, digestive health, eye and ear care, skin and foot care, sleep aids, smoking cessation, supports, braces and wraps, COVID-19 over-the-counter tests and more.

Your Part B or Part D benefit may cover some items. If that’s the case, your OTC benefit would not cover the item since Medicare would cover it.
For example, Part B covers gauze when it’s being used for surgical wound dressing changes.

All products are subject to each store’s return/exchange policies. The value of the return items will be credited to your OTC account.
Your OTC benefit cannot be used to purchase Part B or Part D covered prescription drugs. Your DualChoice benefits cover formulary prescription drugs at zero copay.
OTC items may only be purchased for the enrollee, not for family members or friends.
Dual-purpose items are items that can be used for either a health issue, medical condition, or for general health and well-being. Please talk to your doctor before buying these items to see if they recommend the item for a specific diagnosed condition.

There is no transaction limit on the number of orders you can place, so long as the items are eligible and the available OTC balance is sufficient. What matters is that the items are eligible, and your OTC balance is enough the cover the total.

Yes. You will receive and get an email with: order number, delivery address, tracking number and a list of items within the order. A valid email address must be used at check out to receive email notifications for the orders.

The minimum order is 14 meals per seven-day period.

There may be other eligible chronic conditions that are not listed. For information on additional eligible chronic conditions see your Member Handbook. Eligibility for this benefit cannot be guaranteed based solely on your condition. All applicable eligibility requirements must be met before the benefit is provided. This program lets Medicare try new ways to improve Medicare Advantage plans.

IEHP DualChoice (HMO D-SNP) is a HMO Plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in IEHP DualChoice (HMO D-SNP) depends on contract renewal.
