Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a collaborative approach to providing intensive and comprehensive care management services to individuals.

IEHP offers Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to qualified Members. With MTM, your pharmacist can review your medication to make sure you're taking the right stuff for your health.

The Member advisory committees promotes dialogue between IEHP and Members, empowering Members to share their voices and concerns.

The EAC lets DualChoice members share ideas and feedback about their health coverage in a safe space.
