Your answers help us improve the personal care we give, like connecting you to quality doctors and prescriptions.

If you didn’t get a survey, don’t worry! A third party sent out surveys anonymously to a random sample of people. Whether you got a survey or not, we hope that you’re getting the quality care you need quickly.

Not every member got a survey. Members who got the survey were chosen by chance.

No, the survey is part of a national project by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a non-profit group that helps people learn more about health care plans. Press Ganey is an independent, third-party research firm that is running the survey for IEHP.

Yes. The surveys do not have member names on them. Plus, only the staff at Press Ganey and NCQA will see the answers. IEHP will not see the surveys.

Yes, members got the survey in February.

The surveys were mailed to the selected members. Members may have also been told by phone or online about the survey. 

You have the option to complete the survey that was mailed to you or complete it online. You may receive a phone call about taking the survey over the phone as well.

No, we don’t get that information.

It should take less than 20 minutes to complete. The Medi-Cal survey has 49-50 questions, the Medicare survey has 72 questions and the Covered California survey has 67 questions.
