Did you get a survey asking about your health care experience? If so, we hope that you’ll a moment to fill it out.

 

Your answers help us improve the personal care we give – from doctors who listen to getting needed prescriptions.

 

Please complete your survey by the deadline to make sure your voice is heard, and help others find care they can feel. 

 

Deadline for Medi-Cal members: May 1, 2025.

Deadline for Medicare members: June 1, 2025.

 

If you didn’t get a survey, don’t worry! A third party sent out surveys anonymously to a random sample of people.

Not every member got a survey. Members who got the survey were chosen by chance.

No, the survey is part of a national project by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a non-profit group that helps people learn more about health care plans. Press Ganey is an independent, third-party research firm that is running the survey for IEHP.

Yes. The surveys do not have member names on them. Plus, only the staff at Press Ganey and NCQA will see the answers. IEHP will not see the surveys.

Yes. Medi-Cal members got theirs in February. Medicare members got theirs in March.

The surveys were mailed to the selected members. Members may have also been told by phone or online about the survey. 

You have the option to complete the survey that was mailed to you or complete it online. You may receive a phone call about taking the survey over the phone as well.

No, we don’t get that information.

It should take less than 20 minutes to complete. The Medi-Cal survey has 52 questions, and the Medicare survey has 78 questions.
